We booked this hotel for a one night stay in January. We arrived to find they had apparently gone out of business several months ago. I had a talk with an assistant via the chat facility on the app, where he informed me I wasn't entitled to a refund as it stated this on the confirmation email. I could accept this if I had cancelled, but the fact that hotels.com took my booking in the first place surely means they are legally required to provide a full refund? The world's gone mad if this isn't the case
