Great for Kids / Parking is Cheap if you read
I know many people complain about the parking but in the email the property sends, it tells you that they will give you a code to make the rate 15.00 vs 50.00. I had to ask for the code upon checkin.
The Double King Suite was a fabulous room with a lot of space. I suggest doing the upgrade, especially if you have kids.
Now to the only negative of this hotel, STAY ON THE TOP FLOOR. The ceilings let in a lot of noise from those above you I am not sure if our upstairs guests were practicing sumo wrestling or just loudly stomping around. I had my son hit the ceiling with a pillow and his hands a couple times which landed a call from the from desk but they super nice and said they would call the other guest back and tell them to cool off the stomping. The night went pretty well after.
There is nothing bad to say about the waterpark. Hours of entertainment for kiddos. It would be nice if they opened up a bar in the pool area. Even if it was like a vendie where I could charge to my room or card. Beggars can’t be choosers I suppose.
I did see a lady check the ph of all the pools 2x in the 24 hours we were there so I would say that they are on top of safety.
