Property seemed clean & modern but our room was musty & smelled a bit like wet dog.
No microwave in room - only 1 in lobby.
No freezer compartment in mini fridge.
Bkfst was just ok - only hot option was waffles.

We stay at Spark by Hilton when we travel to the Exton area, a few times a year. It is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Very good value.

Hi, the first room 106 had an odor similar to spoiled cabbage upon entry into the room. It was apparently coming from the air conditioner. The front desk staff did come to the room and accomodated us by assigning us to another room. The second room worked out fine. The only other thing is that the hotel is marginally clean. The tub inside and on the outside needs a good scrub, the carpets need a cleaning, especially around baseboards. The t.v. in room 206 had problems with the sound. We called front desk about it. Though she was pleasant, there wasn't anything she could do once we told her that we attempted to adjust it on the tv menu.

Traveling with a handicapped family member and first thing we noticed was the elevator was out of service. Fortunately, the woman at the front desk made an effort to get a room on the first floor available for him and he was okay.
My room was lacking towels, soap, and even cups upon arrival. Again, staff quickly remedied these issues.
Slept terribly due to noise of carts being pushed through the hallway starting early morning. Rooms do not seem strongly insulated against noise.
I had my “do not disturb” sign posted on the door…and the maid decided to knock on the door to see if I was leaving momentarily. Uh, no. I was not.
Breakfast was standard continental fare. Nothing exciting.
