Mi è capitata una cosa grave. All'arrivo alla mezza di notte la camera non c'era, io avevo prenotato e pagato. Ho dovuto aspettare un'ora e mezza ed essere trasferita in una camera di fortuna in un altro hotel fuori dal centro.
Ho aperto procedura di rimborso totale, in hotel mi hanno suggerito di farlo.

Don't hold hotel rooms for those who pay
The company has a policy that they do not hold hotel rooms for those who prepay. They give the room away and then try to find them a room at another location. The front desk guy was good to try to help the Patron to relocate. they also don't return the money to the customer. terrible policy
