It was okay just didn’t like the fact you had to use your key to get into the pool and gym and then walk a few steps to get back into the building

We were impressed with the upkeep of the building; it looked quite new. Apparently renovated during the Covid years, they did a great job! Service in all aspects as great. this is the first HGI for us that has not served a breakfast to order, so hopefully that will be an option in the future.

This trip was for my girlfriends birthday get away weekend. There was no HOT water the entire stay. this made showers miserable and her getting ready the same. The second morning the cleaning crew came and got the dirty towels but didn't replace them so we had to go down to front desk and get more. For the amount of money we paid for this room I expect much more from the Hilton brand and for that much any brand. I've contacted Hilton and requested a refund case # 235366400

There is no hot water here tonight. No one told me when I checked in. Unbelievably bad customer service. If I was told there was no hot water when I arrived I would not have checked in. But NO ONE TOLD US! Also the bathroom was dirty. Sink drains slow too. A real class act.
