Room was not what was to be expected when checking into a room at Hilton Garden Inn Miami Brickell South hotel. We found what appears to he blood splattered on the bathroom wall, water leaking out of the walls, wall paper coming off walls, ceiling appears to be cracking/falling apart at seams, patchwork paint on several walls, stains on floor, room smells like mold/mildew…etc..
Front desk employees were friendly and accommodating when we called to let them know of the situation and wanting another room.
The room we were moved to was better considering room we were leaving..however the tv credenza was pulled away from wall about 6 inches with cords exposed and cabinet looked to be damaged/cracking from water, bathroom fan was rusting… this hotel seems to have water leaking inside walls and smells moldy. We would not stay here again.
