Great hotel but some of service can be improved
The hotel is very pretty and well located. Staff is nice and attentive. There is a lot of security with gives you a feeling of safety. Room was spacious and very nice. Many amenities are available.
However, the food/drink service needs improving. Breakfast is great but do not go after 9am otherwise you'll have to wait 1h for coffee or water!
We tried three of their restaurants so the experience was very strange. In the bakery I wasn't served and I needed my husband to get food (who was served with no issue).
The pool restaurant took between 45min to 1h to serve us french fries WHILE there were hardly any other guests and when the food came it was COLD. This happened twice to us and after the second time, we complained got finally semi-warm food.
The ocean restaurant was very chic but they changed three items of our orders without telling us.
Our room was poolside and with the pool club and DJ it was very loud. We asked to switch room with was no issue but sadly some of my clothes got missing during transfer and could not be found anymore.
