Excelente apto, fácil localização. Muito limpo!

Super recomendo este local para hospedagem. Eles não se intitulam como hotel (vc faz tudo via on-line ou whatsapp), não tem recepção porque aparentemente eles possuem quartos em um único andar do prédio, mas vale demais. Fiquei meio receosa (embora já tivesse me hospedado assim em outras cidades, mas sempre pode acontecer algo anormal..), mas as informações foram claras, nos atenderam quando precisamos e o quarto é muuuito bom mesmo. Amplo, novo, super limpo, cama confortável, banheiro excelente, armários, bancadas, itens básicos de higiene (repostos todos os dias, assim como a limpeza e a trica de toalhas), cafeteira, xícaras… Com vista para o Lago de Como, bem localizado. Fica em frente a rodoviária (a vedação é ótima, não se ouve nada) e a 50m de onde saem os barcos para as cidades ao redor do Lago. Bem próxima da estação ferroviária (dá para ir a pé) e com um Carrefour Express embaixo do prédio, avaliamos como uma excelente opção em Como.

Excelente ubicación

Todo excelente. Excelente ubicación, el cuarto muy bonito, limpio y con suficientes amenidades. Solo que para entrar no funcionaba la llamada para abrir la puerta de la calle y nadie me atendió.

City Tax payment method

Great location, clean room, close to everything. Paying for city tax was a major problem. First, they wanted you to pay the city tax, providing your credit card or bank information outside the Hotel. Com secure platform. Secondly, La Stanza would not meet you at their Hotel to pay the city tax. We had to go to their reception office to pay the city tax. It was located in a place that was very difficult to find. On the day we arrived it was pouring rain, needless to say it was a horrible experience. La Stanza needs to fix their city tax payment method.

5 stars, everything about this place is fantastic. Its so clean, the balcony room is awesome. Close to the city centre, everything is in walking distance. Elisabetta helped me so much, she was so knowledgeable and helpful. After her being so helpful and attentive, we booked another 2 nights. Thank you Elisabetta!

Fabulous stay in perfect location

The rooms are even better in person! We were delighted with the huge room size and view from the balcony. The whole place is very luxurious and had very thoughtful details like snacks with the coffee machine. My only complaint about the room is that there is one small trash can in the bathroom, it would be nice to have a larger one in the room especially for longer stays. Location is absolutely perfect, right on the lake and near many restaurants.

Great place with view of lake como. Quite noisy as on very busy road junction but no great issue for us. Parking is very difficult but once we found a spot it was ok. Lots of local restaurants and town centre a short walk away.

The property was a little hard to find but excellent once you got inside. Also, it’s a little loud as it’s on a main street but once the metal shutters are rolled down, it’s much quieter. All in all, it’s an excellent place to stay

Property is on the second floor above a bus station. Very noisy at night. Checkin was convoluted as their is no staff on hand and requires many steps to self check in. Building is not well marked. Lake view room had a odd layout with the shower in the bedroom right behind the headboard. Completely open. Weirdest thing I have seen in a while.

No onsite staff. Room is right above the bus station, which was noisy all day and night. There is also a streetlamp a few feet from the bedroom window which lit the room up like daylight 24 hours a day. All rooms had sheer curtains and electric metal hurricane blinds. There were no fabric curtains that provided privacy from all the people standing at the bus station. In order to block the light or change clothes we had to close the metal blinds which made the room pitch black and we were unable to see outside at all.
