When they send you an email for a check in time and you choose a time and plan your afternoon around that check time they need to honor the check in time with out having to pay extra.

We are sitting at home downtown as it snowed outside… We thought a hot tub would be great… traditional suits were all booked out in town so on the whim, we looked at the anniversary inn. They were so accommodating, and the place was quaint and perfect… it was the epitome of spontaneous and we had an amazing time.
