The food was good the staff were polite, although one member of staff appeared to treat non-white guests differently to the white guests.

Only thing not good was had 3 nyts stay and was giving a room far away in hotel and view was not good.looking out to big rubbish bin. And internet connection didn't get it

A very good hotel with excellent service and food.

Booked because it was cheap and now I know why. I stayed 1 night and was planning to stay a further 10 nights. I cancelled my reservation after the first night. The room is very basic. A bed (two singles pushed together) a desk and not much else. No safe in the room. You have to rent one in reception My room was on the first floor and was incredibly noisy. They gave me a wrist band to wear at reception like I was in a club. It had that kind of feel to it. So if your looking for a cheap noisey hotel. Probably great for people who want to cut loose. 3 meals a day and room for £25 but not for me.

Amazing hotel, with fantastic staff that attend to any issues addressing them instantly and not to follow up. The location is good. Hotels.com can be decieiving in regards to a Night club at the hotel, there was no and the hotel manager also confirmed this. Food, service all were good.
