We enjoyed Chanalai Gardens. The staff are simply amazing! Very attentive and kind. Banks, the pool bar bartender was great...polite and fun. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a good variety. They changed dishes up daily. Great walk to other restaurants and shopping. Super convenient place to stay.

Good location Our initial room was dated and had a very small bathroom, we contacted front desk and they were quick to respond and moved us to a more updated room and provided us with complimentary breakfast to help resolve the issue. Lots of stairs to navigate but nice views (elevators are available for parts). Staff was friendly and helpful.
