Location is prime!

The hotel just needs a deep cleaning. Baseboards, cabinets, grout were all dirty. We brought our own cleaning products luckily and we cleaned to our standards. Other than that, its right on the beach! Location is perfect!

Room was so-so, could have been cleaner. Sideways toilet was cramped. Obsession with no smoking on balcony to annoyance. Nightclub across street was way too loud and crappy music blaring late into the night. Overall visit to beach was good.

We paid for the in room Jacuzzi and could not use it due to mold coating the inside of the jets. It would spray out mold every time we tried to clean and run it because it was so bad. However, the front desk agent was very understanding of our complaint and offered us to switch rooms. Unfortunately, the other available jacuzzi suite had the same problem. The GM did offer us 20% off of our stay because of this. Overall, the cleanliness is seriously lacking but the staff was kind and accommodating.

Great location right on the beach with balcony and ocean view. Small kitchenette was good. Beds fair. Tiny bathroom. Small outside pool with parking lot view. Only one parking spot per room- not emphasized at check-in, which resulted in 1 of our cars being towed!

One of the worse place I ever stayed. Horrible cleaning the ceiling was rusted the bathroom so nasty smells so bad the sheets was stain. I’m am never coming back to this hotel again.

Property could use a face lift. On the whole room was adequate, but the lock for the glass sliding door onto balcony was broken and we were unable to open door. this was reported but not fixed during our short stay. Still enjoyed our stay right on the boardwalk.

Hotel in disrepair

Pros: beachfront property, water pressure in shower was good. Cons: room advertised as having a soaking tub which wasn’t true, toilet was installed too close to bathtub and no room for your legs, mold around the tub, hotel not well maintained. There was a pile of dog food out in the parking lot for 3 days, so strange and felt like an example of lack of care by management of hotel.
