The hotel was very nice. The breakfast Buffet is expansive. The rooms were relatively large (by Japanese standards). The area can be confusing to navigate, but the staff are helpful. It is right in the middle of a shopping arcade, but the room was not noisy.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Hotel was clean, comfortable, with laundry lounge and another separate lounge with snacks and drinks. Great location with friendly staff who responded to my many queries regarding luggage forwarding and nearby amenities before my stay. Special kudos must be given to their team who helped me hunt for and retrieve a precious left-behind toy and forwarded it to my next location. 10/10 will stay at this hotel again!

My Family loved staying at the Namba hotel! Overall cleanliness, helpful staff, amenities and perks were perfect especially the guest lounge and laundry and not to mention the shrinking machine! My son bought large stuffies and shrinking them made us fit in the luggages. The location is central to everything we wanted to do! Burger King and family mart just in the first floor was awesome! I would go back and I highly recommend people to stay in this hotel!

This place is an absolute no-go. The room has not been updated and I would say more than 30 years. The carpet was sticky, The linoleum floor in the bathroom was sticky. The room was small and smelled. Possibly the worst room I’ve ever ever had in my life. So many better options out there.
