So my stay was nice as it met the criteria I was looking for. I needed two bedrooms and a kitchen in a certain location in Austin Texas. It was well priced for what I wanted. I like the bath products and lotions that said Wanderjaunt on them. They smelled nice. We had a small terrace that was an added bonus. I was able to get someone on the phone some of the time that I called. One time I spoke to someone who said she would call me back and she did not. The problem had resolved itself so that was ok but what if it had not? The gate code was not working for us so getting into the property a couple of times was problematic. Once at 11:30 at night so that was stressful. We were able to follow someone else in eventually. But not being able to get into your property is no small matter. By the 4th day and last day the code was working. My apartment did not look like the ad that is featured either. It was ok but just not what was pictured. Are they allowed to do that? Lastly, not getting check in info until right before check in was very stressful for me. I am in my 50's and pretty savvy when it comes to my iphone but I just felt unnnerved to not have that info until late in the day. I understand they did not want me to check in early but I would have felt better having the check in info the day before. That was why I was calling them in the beginning. It made me stressed out. I also did not get early check in which was also a bummer.
