I recently stayed at Margaritaville Cap Cana and had a mixed experience overall. Here's a breakdown:
Food (5/5): The food was absolutely fantastic! Every meal was a delight, with a great variety of options to suit different tastes. From breakfast to dinner, the flavors and presentation were top-notch.
Customer Service (3/5): While the staff were generally friendly and attentive, there were a few issues that impacted our experience. Upon arrival, there was a delay of 1.5 hours to receive our room after the official check-in time of 3 PM, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, the room we were assigned had a problem with the toilet, which had flushing issues that were not resolved promptly.
Activities and Entertainment (2/5): Unfortunately, this was the biggest letdown. There was a noticeable lack of engaging activities and entertainment options, which left us looking for things to do during our stay. It felt underwhelming compared to other resorts in the area.
