The resort is beautiful with amazing pools and restaurants. Interior design is spectacular and the staff at the restaurants, bar, and cleaning are very friendly! The only disadvantage was that they miss the small nice touches and gestures that are offered by other same Niveau hotels. You miss the generosity (like free upgrades and late checkout upon availability). You need to always ask to get something, like in other hotels we’ve been at, they would directly have a slipper and bathrobe for our little one ready in the room without having to ask for it. They miss the “attention to detail” that actually draws the customer back and back again. Also what was confusing is that they have a swimming pool which is fantastic for kids age 3 and below but in the same time, the kids club is actually for kids 4 and older, and sadly very poor offers, but then again The resort is honestly more adults oriented. Lastly, I’m surprised to see that Expedia is asking if I used the feature VIP access hotel, no one at reception even mentioned such a thing.. Sadly looks like the reception are not given power to be generous with customers and is mainly handled by the western management.
