Feedback to Management. My recent stay at your hotel was disappointing due to several issues that, in my opinion, fall well below the standards expected of a 4-star establishment.
Lack of Customer Service: The staff at the front desk consistently gave guests an unfriendly, blank look instead of greeting them with a smile or a reciprocal greeting. A basic level of warmth and friendliness from staff would go a long way in making guests feel welcome.
Unacceptable Cleaning Policies: While I support eco-friendly initiatives, the hotel's policies seem to use this as a guise for cutting costs, significantly impacting guest experience. It's reasonable for guests to reuse linens for multiple days, but only cleaning the room every three nights is not acceptable. This is a basic service that even a motel provides daily. Furthermore, expecting guests to clean their own coffee mugs is simply not a standard for a hotel of this caliber.
Overall Impression: The lack of basic comfort, quality, and service was very noticeable. The only redeeming part of my stay was the concierge, Raman, who was courteous and helpful. His service was the only aspect that met the standards one would expect.
Suggestions for Improvement: Train all staff, especially the front desk team, on how to greet guests and interact in a friendly and professional manner. "Eco-Friendly" Policies-other hotels successfully implement sustainable practices without sacrificing basic 4 star standard. Future stay no-no for me.
