Nice hotel, but does not honor paid add-ons
The room is clean and comfortable enough. The lobby is cute and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the entrance to the hotel is not very accessible. The layout of the doors makes it very difficult for a person with disability to get through them, and it is close to impossible to bring luggage inside using a bus-cart.
Importantly, the hotel does not honor the add-ons offered by Hotels.com. I paid $20 for check-out at 1pm, and I was offered check-out as late as 3pm for more money. At the desk, I was told that there is no late check-out allowed, but I was still charged $20 extra. Do not buy the add-ons that Hotels.com offers.
The shuttle brought me to and from the airport and the drivers were friendly, but the shuttle is unmarked. I had to ask each vehicle at the airport if they went to Super 8 and blindly trust the driver who said yes.
