I was staying there for couple of days. Staff were friendly and approachable from check in to check out. Hotel has the facility to keep the luggage even after check out, no need to warry about carrying it for hours before you catch the flight. Room was neat & clean.

Worst hotel ever - impossible to sleep

This hotel is undergoing renovations, which they did not bother to tell us about before we arrived. This meant the pool was closed and the gym had a massive padlock over the doors - very upsetting after I had filtered hotels to only see ones with a pool. There was loud building work from the renovations during the day. Then on our third night, we were woken up at 1:30 am by more loud building work, which went on with hammering and drilling noises for over an hour. We could not get back to sleep and had to wake up at 5:00 am for our flight. I would never in my worst nightmare have imagined a hotel who care about their guests so little that they allow loud building work for over an hour in the middle of the night. I reached out to the hotel about this issue, but they have ignored me. Our hotel room also did not have towels. I called reception to ask for towels. The staff were very friendly and said they would send some up. 20 minutes later, we still had no towels, so went down to reception to ask in person. It took a further 20 minutes (40 minutes in total) for our towels to come. This was a real pain after we had just come from over 14 hours of flights to get there and were desperate for a shower. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again if you paid me.

Had a stop over in KL. Was here for less than 24 hours but was suitable. Very spacious twin room with decent size bathroom. The shower was mouldy in the grout which was a bit unpleasant. The reception helped us with a taxi to the airport.

Everything was excellent. But I was terribly disappointed with the breakfast. Your hotel is one of the few hotels which charged higher price for breakfast but it was not up to standard. Both days, were served the same menu. And the menu served were quite bored. Hope can pay attention on this aspect.

Buffet breakfast for our 4 nights stay were all the same, long queue for coffee, staffs are amazing and super friendly, very clean. But having the same breakfast for 4 days is a bit boring and really does not excite me at all. My coffee Nescafé Blend 43 with intensity at 3 and with blue cap gone missing. Nothing big deal, hoping the person who took it will enjoy it as much as my parents do. All in all, good

The Worst Experience

The worst experience we had in this hotel. Dirty floor in the room, hair on bed dust on the furniture and etc. We were only told about the closed of pool and other inconveniences caused to the guest, 2 days prior our arrival. We cannot make any changes because it is nonrefundable booking. Such deceiving compared to the marketing in Hotels.com. We will never return.
