I arrived late to the hotel due to flight delay ~10pm. The hotel barricade the entrance for taxi to the lobby! We had to push our luggage through bricks roads & no one from Concierge or Bell Services is available or interest to notice us. The lobby is very very dated. Upon waking in, two girls at the Concierge directed me to the Check In desk from their desk! One person at check in desk. The guy is prompt & even upgraded us to a nice room at 15th floor with a condition… no lift services but staircase only! I have two big luggage to haul. It is a moronic design. While I appreciate the upgrade, I had to decline it. So, a normal room. Nothing great to mentioned about the room or the amenities. It is very difficult to decide if I event come back. Not worth the price paid!

Dennis the Assistant Front Desk manager was exceptional. Polite, helpful and always served with a big smile on his face. He went above and beyond his regular duties to make our stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. So grateful to him. A valuable Personnel and a big credit to the Regal Hotel Group.
