Great stay! Room was cold, front desk was fast check in. Clean room no noise. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking. You had to park in the garage across the street. And it was event parking they charged 10 then I had to pay another 8 in the morning when I left

If your looking for a great location that it is right in downtown and close to St.pete Pier. Shower was cold and the cleaning staff could do a better job at cleaning the shower.

Clean to the standard of a 3 star hotel I guess. Did not have warm water, even when instructed to leave it running for 1-2 minutes to heat up - warm water never came...Incredibly loud at night, neighbor across the hall must have woken up the entire floor banging around from 1-4 am - think they ended up getting kicked out but tool WAY too long for this to happen. Also my deposit was fraudulently taken and not returned - had to go through AMEX to get it back

The staff were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that a colleague’s room was bug-infested and he asked to be moved in the middle of the night. My room was comfortable, but the area rug was a bit dingy.
