My recent booking at Lisboeta Hotel (Apr 26-27) was marred by a frustrating check-in experience. Despite having my confirmation email, SMS, and even online chatting with the Expedia to verify, the hotel couldn't locate my reservation. They insisted on a 6-digit internal code, causing over an hour delay. While they eventually found the booking, no explanation was given for the issue.
I'm disappointed by the lack of communication and the inconvenience caused. A late check-out doesn't adequately compensate for the negative experience. I trust you'll address this with the hotel to prevent future occurrences.
