Disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at the Sheraton.
Upon check-in, the front desk staff did not offer any assistance or support with my luggage and seemed disinterested in providing a warm welcome. This was not the level of service I expected from a Sheraton hotel.
Additionally, I found the bathroom in my room to be extremely slippery, which posed a safety hazard as I nearly fell while taking a bath. Moreover, there was no shoe polish available, which is typically a standard amenity.
During checkout, I attempted to contact the reception or front desk multiple times, but no one answered the phone. This added to my frustration and further indicated a lack of attentiveness and customer care.
