Unreachable room service the entire stay
This hotel's check-in/reservation system is entirely broken (at least with hotels.com), reservation confirmation double-verified by hotels.com and emailed to hotel manager, which can see the email at lobby but unable to see the reservation in their system; hotels.com agent's call attempt to the hotel via its phone number (confirmed by lobby manager) could never get through, no call rang at all while the manager and me waited at the lobby, so phone system was also broken.
In attempt to mitigate the problem, the super nice manager offered me a walk-in reservation with matching price to my original hotels.com reservation, so at least I don't have to go elsewhere that night.
Meanwhile, I was with my 1-year-old toddler so we needed a crib; unfortunately, room service department was unreachable, even by the super nice lobby manager, via both in-hotel phone call system and the walkie talkie, nobody ever answered even when the manager confirmed that it wasn't off-hour and someone should be on duty; we retried for a few hours until manager called by 11pm saying the only (security) guy he got a hold of wasn't able to find any crib in the only room he had access to... we had to move our beds together and hope the baby won't fall off the bed, only to find all the mess underneath the bed.
I won't mention more about being yelled at by valet parking guy for idling my car at the empty entrance during check-in because there were no direction to the off-campus parking lot...
