We got a tiny room in the basement, impossible to fit suitcases for two people. The room had a window by an entrance with automatic lights, so every time someone went by at night it flooded the room with lights. When I tried to ask for a new room, I kept being asked to come back later to talk to someone else. In the end I just gave up.

The staff were pleasant but I have to say the room they put in left something to be desired. I was okay that the one window didn't have a view but the single pane window meant that I could hear the generators on a near by roof all night long. Also the heating in the room often LEFT via that single pain of glass. Fix that and it would be okay that I had a tiny little room.

Short but very pleasant stay.

I only stayed for one night but the room suited my needs and was very pleasant. I pre ordered breakfast with the booking which i thought was great value with a great choice of food. Location of the hotel was great with access to the underground only about a seven minute walk away. I would definitely stay there again.

Apart from the location, everything was very bad. The window in the room they gave me wouldn’t close, the room was freezing, and there was constant noise from outside. I couldn’t sleep all night. The room was extremely small, barely enough space to move. When I asked to change it, they said I would need to pay £40 per night for a larger room. The next day, when I said I wanted to switch, they increased the price to £100. Since I didn’t want to pay extra, they gave me another room in the same category. Definitely not a place I would recommend.
