No elevator! And 20 min queuing for breakfas
I was shocked to discover that this hotel doesn’t have an elevator for certain rooms on higher floors, and no, it wasn’t out of order or under maintenance. There simply isn’t one!
When I checked in, the staff informed me that my room was on the 3rd floor of an extension building with no lift access. That meant I had to carry my luggage up the stairs and go up and down every time I left or returned to the room. Some parts of the hotel do have elevators, but unfortunately, my section didn’t.
To make things worse, the next morning at breakfast, I had to wait in a long queue for at least 20 minutes just to get a table. Once seated, the staff were clearly rushing guests to eat quickly and leave, so they could free up space.
As a frequent traveler who regularly stays in this area, I can honestly say this was my worst experience so far. The price was the same as nearby hotels, but without any of the convenience or comfort. There was no value for money whatsoever.
