When we arrived, we were told that the elevator to our third floor room was out of service, but would be fixed immediately. Seven days later and way too many trips up and down three flights, we learned that their promises were bold face lies. yesterday, a woman passed me on the stairs and complained that she’d been there for three weeks and it had not worked one day. So this is not a short term problem. Once we got to our room we had to have housekeeping come and vacuum because the carpet was still dirty. The phone didn’t work in the room so we let them know about that as well. They took the phone to fix it and of course never returned it. Yes, seven days without a phone in the room. This stay was disappointing to say the very least the front desk seemed like nice people unfortunately they didn’t follow through or just outright lied to us.
