Booked 4 bedrooms unit. The AC broke so they put me in a 2 units with 2 bedrooms each. Both units the entire place is dirty with foul smell. Would not stay here again.

I’m Vietnamese but I had a terrible experience staying here due to poor customer service from 22Housing. On the day I had to check out, there was an urgent appointment that i was unable to go home in time, the customer service rep allowed the cleaners to open the room at 12.10pm whilst i wasnt at the room, they didnt care if what happened to my stuff or gave the customer a bit more time to pack their stuff. They said the check in time is 2pm but they allowed a new customer to come in at 1pm and stay at the room. For me its not worthy to spend over $100 per night at a luxury stay for this bad customer service.
