It was great i was supposed to get complementary cookies but they came when I was gone so not knowing i asked the night person if they ever got delivered and ahe knew nothinggg about that so maybe teach them that yall do have complementary cookies when you upgrade

they didn’t have our room that we booked so they upgraded us. the “upgraded room” had a huge red stain on the carpet to the left of the bed. The bed was a brick & the bathroom was not cleaned properly. This place is usually our go-to when coming to Dallas to visit family but this stay really changed our minds.

Terrible Front Desk Customer Service
The hotel overbooked rooms and moved our reservation to another hotel across town without notifying us of the move. We did not know of this change until we paid for transportation and attempted to check in. When asked for information about the transfer the manager was rude and unhelpful. We had to arrange our own transportation to the other hotel which was a considerable distance away. They did not offer any upgrades or comps when asked. They did not even offer bellboy service for our luggage as we were leaving to the other hotel. I will definitely not book here again after this experience.
