This was a great room for our last night in Japan as we came back to Tokyo before flying home. The location is so incredibly convenient. You are a block from Shibuya station and there are tons of great restaurants and bars only minutes away. The only downside of a that the rooms are very small. It was a very tight squeeze for two people so I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a longer stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful (helped us carry out luggage to the front entrance) only downside is that there is an escalator or stairs that you must take to the hotel lobby where the elevator is. I don't know if it's convenient for people with accessibility issues however there is a sign to call for staff support if you are in need. Rooms were clean and relatively spacious, but the bathroom was a bit small (standard for Japan I suppose) Good location, close to everything (shopping, restaurants, Shibuya Scramble).
