Poorly managed property - they'll be in touch like clockwork to get your security deposit payment then don't deliver details of how to pickup keys come check-in time. After a few call attempts they blamed it on the cleaner "forgetting" to put the key in the lock box. We were greeted with dirty dishes from the last guest and our request for a 3rd bed not fulfilled. They told me that I forgot to put that request into them... funny considering I have it clearly noted on their confirmation email from months back!
To their credit, their friendly crew came early on day 2 to setup an air mattress and the property was otherwise respectable enough.
