Tedious check in, terrible service for an expensive hotel. No info provided, no map of the hotel (very confusing layout, people wandering around lost everywhere) no info provided for check out time, pool hours, breakfast cost, hotel facilities. Everything has to be looked up via QR code. Interconnecting door locked and took 2 phone calls and a 30 minute wait before it was unlocked. My daughter cut her foot in the pool on the tiles, the bathroom was dirty, the lounge chairs had rips in them. Online ordering for room service has 5 items “sold out” including the eggs on toast! Will never stay here again, cute hotel but abysmal customer service.
