The staff were very friendly but not knowledgable or able to help with issues like more pool towels or fix the room phone. One bell hop (still the right term?) was wonderfully kind and helpful but front desk, eh. The hotel is wonderfully located and clean but the rooms are TINY. The bathroom is so small you can't open the door without hitting the toilet. There was no space in the room to spread out our suitcases let alone hang dry wet beach/pool gear.
Food at the hotel was good but pricey. Service was great at hotel restaurant and pool but not at beach (understaffed).
Not many kids staying and no kid considerations (no toys at pool or in lounge, no stool in bathroom and the kids menu was pathetic. I really wanted to like it but I don't think we will stay there again, certainly not as a family, maybe if I went with girlfriends.
