Family of Four stayed for 7 nights in August 2025. These are our thoughts: Pros: 18-minute walk to Shin-Osaka / Shinkansen station 12-minute walk to Minamikata Station Lawson / Family Mart stores located within 3 min walk Large garbage/recycle bins! Unit includes washing machine with detergent Body wash, shampoo, facial tissue, toilet paper included Larger shower stall then hotels Cons: Late 5pm check in time! Bed frames squeaky which makes it difficult to rest for 4. Denim sheets and pillow case with dark navy blue towels (- we are used to white sheets and towels) Un-manned property (no front desk or cleaning staff) Had to ship luggage from Tokyo to Sagawa Express pickup location instead. Then ship them back to Tokyo again using Sagawa. (About 15 min walk). No Dryer, but you can walk to the local coin laundromat (12 mins for 100 Yen - we washed the included towels and floor mats multiple times) Unit's aging A/C unit was barely working and unit was very warm during August stay. No microwave but a full size kitchen sink and mini fridge. Very small separate toilet closet that you cannot close the door while using it!
Very large garbage / recycle bins!
Mini fridge sat on a wooden platform to cover an inoperative gas range. Toaster was also inoperative. No microwave included.
Dark flooring and kitchen cabinetry with squeaky bed frames with denim bedding! Cramped space for family of 4.

Tiny room but clean, quick response to messages

Address provided leads you to the wrong building a couple blocks away. Told by a resident who lives there it happens all the time. He graciously led us to the correct building. Very small room with 4 single beds with no room to walk around them. No separate living room. Has a kitchen with a mini fridge and a sink. No microwave. Has a toaster oven but sign says can’t be used. No tv. Toilet room too small to turn around in. By the airport so can hear the planes. Very quick response to messages. Clean. We only went there to sleep so worked for us. Has regular beds rather then the Japanese rooms where you sleep on the floor, even if they are close to the ground. As long as you know you are getting a small room it is good.

Very convenient area. Not too far from the station. Accommodations was very nice and clean. There is a fridge, but no way to warm up food. That was a minor inconvenience. We also only had plates, cups, and platic knives, but no other utensil. Beds were a little creaky, but still comfortable.

Toilet was leaking before I got there and they sent a service guy to my room. They told me they can’t fix it until we check out of the room which was 3 days later. There is no public washroom as it was an apartment style hotel with no front desk so I had to walk to the closest McDonald’s every time I had to use the bathroom. I contacted them via email and they will not give me any compensation for this. Will never use this place again.

Everything was great, the only thing i would change is the beds, my family and I were 4 guests and although everyone had a bed to sleep in, they were pretty uncomfortable and the wooden frames made a lot of noise when moving, I would prefer sleeping on the floor with futons. In my opinion the room is still worth renting.

First time stay, trying to check in was interesting. My advice is you most fill out the form for your info that is emailed to you in advance. Once your at the door email is the best route. They will make sure your you and your in. It's very clean and you get your own bathroom with shower and bath tub which was great. We loved it. We'll think of you our next visit. Thank you.

This place is an apartment block of one-room apartments. So don't expect a hotel-type experience. But fo expect a very spacious room, and plenty of privacy. Also great is the washing machine. It's about a 10 minute walk from the east exit of shin-osaka station. Would vey happily stay here again when we're next in Osaka.

I stayed here with my husband for two weeks and it was my favorite place I’ve stayed at on a budget. Very spacious, and they had a separate bath area and toilet. The main room had a door separating it from the entrance and restrooms as well. Wifi was great here too. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to multiple different stations, tons of food options around there, and pretty quiet for the most part (other than people walking home after drinking). Overall I’d give this place a 9/10. Only point off would be that there isn’t a microwave or anything to warm up food.

The property was very clean, and very convenient to access from Shin-Osaka station. There is an elevator for taking the luggage up, but also stairs for quick access. The host communicated well in both Japanese and English. My only constructive criticism is that the instruction PDF file is a bit overly large, and could be slow to access in some situations. Nicely managed apartment. Spacious. I appreciate if there’s an oven or microwave. In the check-in procedure, it’d be nice to indicate where the entrance is to the building as it was’t obvious or was there a signage. The youtube links for check-in instructions that were sent an hour before were broken links. I couldn’t get any help at that point, making me nervous as it was also getting dark in the cold winter.

Problem for none Japanese speakers

It was a nightmare if you don't understand Japanese. An email was sent in Japanese about instructions that you need to do before your stay which was a bit of a problem. I had to use translation software to be able to keep my booking.
