I went with my elderly parents and get a farthest room from elevators . I paid the more with the museum view room but not really getting. We had dinner with my cousin down stairs cafeteria,(because we didn’t make reservations for the 2nd floor restaurant)we waited for dinner more than 40 minutes with flies and mosquitoes . All the service staffs are very nice. But the experience is not quality good

第一次入住，外觀就是傳統長榮的紮實感，但飯店裡低調內斂的佈置，一進門莊嚴精緻的千手觀音雕像，內部燈光設計蠻有質感。接待入住的速度算快、因為生意興隆、遊客很多，但4點才讓客人入住，11點就要退房是小缺點。入住男性服務人員感覺很累！沒有熱誠。 3樓是娛樂室、泳池，娛樂室遊樂設施全部都要自費，對住客蠻小氣的，泳池不大，擠滿小孩們，就不想去了。泳池那層樓是不是沒有更衣室？住戶要尺度很大，穿好泳裝坐電梯（我就跟幾位穿泳裝的客人同座電梯）雙方都尷尬。 停車場車位很大，退房後可以停到下午兩點滿貼心。早餐蠻豐富，嘉義名產雞肉飯、嘉義涼麵也都有！很好吃！品項很多！故宮南院對面，我房間直接可以看到故宮水舞秀！很讚！

隔音不錯，睡的很舒服。沒有在飯店內用餐，所以餐點無法評論。覺得飯店大廳應該在提供多一點給人坐著休息的地方和咖啡點心讓人比較有賓至如歸的感覺。游泳池很棒，如果可以增加遮陽的設備讓陪同的父母不至於過度曝曬的話會更好。住的房間是靠故宮南院的那一邊，比較貴但景色沒有介紹的好看，夜晚的水舞燈光秀被樹檔的減分很多，所以建議大家直接走去看比較好。

典雅有藝術風格的飯店。

整體感覺都不錯，飯店是新的，只是床是標準size，就比較小。 房間枕頭每個人都兩顆，很不錯，只是羽絨枕我也是比較不習慣。 大廳人員會幫忙送行李到房間，幫了大忙，因為我們四個人行李蠻多的。早餐很豐盛好吃，服務人員也親切 在這主要是可以看到故宮南院的全景，很美，我們就是專程來參觀故宮住這裡。 大廳的千手觀音收藏也很美。
9樓走道 都有鋪上漂亮的地毯，很高級舒適。
