Had to vacate our house for a remodel. The hotel was convenient, clean, and affordable. It offered more space than a standard hotel room which was more comfortable for a longer stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. Replacing the carpet would be an improvement.

Home-like hotel
Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everyone was friendly. The only thing I did not like was the couch. It was ugly and uncomfortable, but I wont rate the hotel just for that. Our hotel room had a fireplace, a kitchen, and the bedroom was in a totally different room. In fact, our hotel room looked like a mini home. Loved it. Will be going back.

Lots of Potential-Major Disappointment
Upon entering our room the smell was a mix of stale cigarette smoke and body odor. The room configuration was laid out well. However, it was in desperate need of updating. Carpet was frayed and stained. The furniture in the room; loveseat and chair had stains. Breakfast was not as described. Options included cereal, oatmeal packets, apples, bagels/bread, and frozen breakfast sandwiches. The pancake maker and hot dish station was there, with no breakfast options present. A small sign was placed by the check in desk indicating no hot breakfast will be provided. I would be okay with no breakfast options if the room doesn’t smell and there were no suspicious stains on the furniture. We won’t be returning to this establishment.

Comfy but no extra service
The room was nice and had lots of room. One evening we needed more towels. I went to front desk and was advised cleaning supply room was locked and no service items were available. Also, I realized when I got home I had left my EarPods in the room. I called and they advised they found them. I gave my address and a credit card to pay for shipping however I never got them.

The room was as expected and accommodations as described. Bed was comfortable, sheets were soft, and water pressure was great! My only criticism was that the vending on my floor only took 1s and i struggled with the tv in the bedroom a bit. Other than that my stay was perfect! I will stay again given the opportunity.

Beware of Hotels.com Listings
I will never book a hotel stay with Hotels.com again! The pictures shown online for this particular hotel appear to be at least 20+ years old and the ratings are definitely not accurate. In addition, the carpet was filthy! On the day of arrival, I noticed a drip coming from the bathroom and upon entering, discovered the ceiling had collapsed due to a water leak. I was then moved to a different room. Unfortunately, that room had issues as well. I was unable to take a proper shower because the tub was clogged. I immediately called the front desk and scheduled to have maintenance correct the issue the following morning. This was my first and absolutely last time staying at a Sonesta ES Suites hotel. In my opinion, Hotels.com should offer some type of compensation for circumstances of this type, but no such luck! I had 24 hours prior to arrival date to cancel, which did not allow me the opportunity to view the hotel in-person or select a different one if I chose to do so upon arrival.

Pretty decent property. Should prob leave the pool area open until at least 10:00 and a 12:00 checkout would be very convenient as well. Aside from that the place is nice. Ppl are smoking indoors despite the no smoking policy but the rooms are clean and relatively fresh smelling

The cleaning staff just entered the room without knocking while we were inside. The breakfast was one star, just bread, juice, coffee and yogurt, the only warm option was a pancake robot. The hanger in the bathroom just fell off.
