Great location, not too close to airport but quiet. Unfortunately the AC unit was a bit loud in the room but managed.

Need better pillows This is my favorite hotel but this is the only one I’ve stayed at where I’ve been disappointed with the pillows.

We had a great stay. The hotel is a little older and our couch and chairs were a little grungy. Overall it was great though and super convenient to everything you would need in the area

Stay was great, breakfast was great, loved the guy that worked the breakfast counter, he was great. I left a pair of shoes there, I know I left them, I wore them in Monday night and didn't wear them again. I understand it is my fault for forgetting them but they weren't turned in and when I called and questioned, Marissa made me out to be a liar on the phone, it was heavily insinuated. I am in Greensboro 5-6 times a month for business and I usually stay at the same hotel but I wanted to give a different hotel a try. NEVER AGAIN!

Motel was excellent and so was the service.

Excellent. I did leave a bottle of Grey Goose and figured someone would have called, since I stay in Greensboro to retrieve it. But will stay here again

This Courtyard has recently been renovated; therefore, the site was fresh and shiny. If you get a street side room, you need to have earplugs!

My stay was awesome! The facility was clean and refreshing. The staff exhibit friendliness atmosphere.
