Location to the Munich Hbf is very close. Service was exceptional, but the hotel itself needs a renovation. Pool and sauna were very well kept and the piano bar served up good beer.

Fantastic hotel in every respect. Our room was wonderful and the breakfast buffet was superb. Very close to the Hauptbahnhof. The people who work here are also exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. They even volunteered to put our postcards in the post!

Hotel was super convenient for the visit to the Oktoberfest... Double dear at this time of year obviously. All is fine, staff nice, would stay again if coming back.. didn't use the sauna or swimming pool. Quite bearing in mind it's location.. Not so good points: - No shower.. just a loose plug in thing in the bath. - Hassling at 8am on day of checkout (12:00) - Hot water was not so hot - Bahnhof area has some vibrant characters that may be intimidating for some.

Surprised but happy
At first we were a little worried as the area didn’t seem that nice an area, but once we got in the hotel we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, the room was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the swimming pool and piano bar.
