This is a good place to stay. It's ssafe. But The floor was absolutely filthy. Got out of the shower and the bottoms my feet were brown within seconds . The AC didn't work in 112. I needed a room so I wasn't picky... probably should have been a little more picky.

My husband and I booked at the HOTEL O ATLANTA last minute. Often we end up regretting last minute bookings.The staff was awesome and went over and beyond when helping with our checkin. The room exceeded our expectations. It was huge. We booked a premium king. The room was emmaculate. King bed, Full size fridge, microwave, dining area, free wifi and parking. The Hotel fills up fast. But our stay at the little Hotel O on the hill was perfect for us. We will be booking again.

Bare bones room for the night

it was almost impossible to reach the hotel beforehand The itinerary number did not show I had a reservation No ice machine available Bed uncomfortable Room smelled like pot Bathtub no plug 2 very flat pillows no extras No extra blankets No where to hang your clothes No coffee available Basically the room was stinky

Look elsewhere

I killed three bugs as soon as we got there. We only had 5 hours to sleep before our flight so no time to find another location. The bed was lumpy, pillows were meager. I kept my purse in the fridge overnight so I didn’t get bugs in it. This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and would not do it again.

No where near what is advertised... Devastating

Let's began with, It's not priced properly. I prepaid for three days with my last bit of money and didn't have any where else to go once I paid for this place. The visual upon arrival was definitely unexpected. The smell, dingy appearance, and moldy refrigerator took me out. This place has a few painted walls and nothing else. Because of my exhaustion I laid down on top of clean clothes and went to sleep. I went to work and returned to bugs flying and crawling around the room... Devastating

The staff was rude and horrible. Everything was dirty. They made me pay a 50 deposit and took 20 dollars because the towels were “black” after I used my spare towel to wipe down surfaces.

THIQS PLACE IS TERRIBLE, BOTHING LIKE I EXPECTED. Hotel O is much different in other states, like my home city and state, ( SW Houston, Texas. This hotel was disgusting, dirty, unclean, unsafe, thin walls, could hear someone puking and it soundsed so close that she was puking in my bathroom. I was a refund

The door had a hole in it. A car was parked so close I had to squeeze by to get in my room. The car had no bumper and it was dirty. I booked a king , but he gave me a queen. The mattress was very poor quality, and was brown with stains at the bottom. The room smelled like mold and rust. I sat on the foot of the bed and the head of the bed rose up off the floor almost dumping me on the floor. I checked out the next morning. I paid for a 5 day stay and was not refunded. Expedia expected me to work it out with the hotel, but all they offered me was a can of air freshener!!! Go somewhere else!! They need to be removed from the Expedia web site.
