All the staff are friendly, except for the manager or supervisor – a man who sits at the end of the counter and makes you feel unwelcome. The room cleaners are excellent, and the swimming pool and food are both fantastic.

Staff was somewhat welcoming but didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing. Don’t bother dining at their downstairs restaurant because they’ll be sold out of everything and not know how to communicate things properly. I’m a Laotian myself and was even speaking the native language and still had lots of issues.

This hotel is very hot. The air conditioning is not working properly. The room smelled like a rotten sewer. I booked three nights got the biggest room. It was really uncomfortable to sleep due to it being too hot and the toilet smelled. I’ll never book at this hotel again.
