I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the condition of the room and the overall experience during my recent stay at your hotel from September 12th to 14th, 2025.
Upon arrival, I was extremely disappointed to find the room in an unacceptable state of cleanliness and maintenance. There was visible mucus on both the dresser and the headboard, the carpet had brown stains, and one of the chairs in the room was visibly stained as well. Additionally, there was noticeable damage to the ceiling outside the room next door.
The bathroom was also in poor condition. The toilet barely flushed, the shower head was leaking, the shower floor was stained, and water drained very slowly from the tub.
I reported these issues to the front desk and was told that housekeeping and maintenance would be notified. After being out of the room for the day, I returned to find that while the beds were made and the trash had been emptied, the mucus remained on the surfaces, and no improvements had been made to the toilet, tub, or stained carpet. Only the shower head leak appeared to have been resolved.
