Arriving at the hotel, it was difficult to find the check-in office. There was no parking or sheltered drop off area. It was extremely hot and I was traveling with a pet, alone. There was a charge for parking and I wasn't aware of that when I made reservation. $10 a night which is ridiculous. The luggage carts were only located at one entrance. I was traveling with my cat, who is heavy. Litterbox is also heavy and bulky. Even when made aware of my situation, the staff didn't offer to deliver a luggage cart to the entrance I needed to go through. The person who checked me in tried to charge me again for the cost of my stay. The 2nd staff member had to help him undo his mistake which took a lot of time, while other people were waiting to be checked in and my cat sat in a hot car. Since there is no parking spaces outside check in area, it became congested and driveway was blocked so a person had to move their car and turn around and come back. There are no ice machines on the property . The ice maker in my frig freezer was turned off. When turned on, I got 5 small cubes of ice. That was it until the next day. It was 24 hours before it started really making ice. The breakfast was ok. Powdered eggs, reheated frozen potatoes. I was expecting more. Decent beer but cheap wine was served at reception. Not very tasty cheap wine either.
