The room was clean. Check in was a bit chaotic and even though it was after 330 the room wasn’t ready. The elevators were out of service. And the water was shut off for a couple hours. Other than that it was fine.

Comfortable, affordable, and efficient.

The elevator was broken the entire time but they were accommodating to those with special needs. The rooms were large and clean. Very comfortable stay, especially the bed. Any issues we had were addressed promptly. For the one front desk attendant that was not so friendly, others made up for it. The gym could use some TLC. There bugs everywhere. Not bed bugs though.

Terrible experience at this property

I would like to get a refund partially if possible from this stay . Terrible service from the check in time and total stay . No one at check in time made me wait and call my self to check in and lift was not working on my whole stay of 9 days and walking over steps . I have to grab the food Togo due to mid night and I requested them for a plate , which was denied from the reservation staffs.

I understood that check out was only a few hours later but expected to get a quick nap and shower. The front desk informed me that I was too late to check in. The property is older, but the rooms are updated with a European vibe. Beds are comfortable and the walk-in shower is a nice thing at the end of a workday. Had to look to find the coffee pot and microwave, but they were easy get to. I wished my bedroom at home was this well appointed. Service was good and they have waffles for breakfast.
