Difficult stay
Two of the three elevators to the 28th floor were broken, stranding us in the lobby or on the 28th floor anytime we wanted to leave. One time we waited almost 30 minutes. The halls had dirty sheets and garbage left in them. The prices in the deli were exorbitant. The rooms lacked basic amenities like a coffee maker or Wi-Fi. There was little to no seating in the lobby.

Its pretty old and dated. Room sizes and sleeping capacity are not the best for the given price. Best thing is it's location and friendly staff and prompt service.

Hour to check in
I stood in line with about 50 other people just to check in. I counted 7 desks with only two working and each of them in and out over and over. I can’t even believe how terrible their efficiency and customer service was even before I got a room! Plus, the room was mediocre at best, especially for a Hilton. I come to NY often for business but won’t stay here again.

My trip great! Hotel a little disappointing. The room is really dated. The chair looked old dirty and worn. The headboards on both beds fabric flaking off. The elevator area so congested people got upset and rude. The lobby staff excellent and patient. Great location.

Great location and comfortable
We usually stay here. It’s comfortable and a great location. We did need to have the tub fixed which they did. My only issue is there is no lobby seating but I would stay here again.

Average stay
We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and I would say it was very much average, when we arrived the first night there was rips in the bedding (see pic) these were only changed the day after when housekeeping changed them. The shower was freezing the first day but warmed up the day following possibly due to the room being empty before us I’m not sure. Our second night there was a group of women on our floor absolutely screaming down the corridor at 1AM and woke us up went out and they were just leathered. Tried to ring reception but no answer, very average stay. The staff weren’t very friendly on reception you weren’t welcomed just given your keys, not advised were to go etc. Just very average for a high star rating hotel. Room was also quite dated with ripped shower curtain and wallpaper peeling of the walls

Muy caro por el servicio brindado
La relación precio-calidad no nos resultó satisfactoria. El servicio es muy limitado, mala atención en el front desk y en los restaurants y locales. Pocas comodidades (no hay ni sillones en la PB) y mala calidad en la limpieza diaria. Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación. El resto, mediocre.

Everything when will up to the end. To my surprise, I was charged $190 for parking when I specifically chose this hotel with Parking for total of what was quoted to me on hotel.com. To my surprise when I went to take my car out, I was charging an additional $190. I thought this was very inappropriate customer service.
