Stayed twice bookending a 10-day trip. First night, the TV didn't work. More importantly, we were awakened at 10pm by an evacuation alert which was prompted by a water leak(?). Second night, the hotel promised us a shuttle from the airport "within ten minutes." The shuttle arrived over an hour later, during which time we waited in the cold. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with this at check-in, the staff acknowledged that they'd "been getting a lot of recent complaints" about the shuttle service. Not enough complaints to actually fix the problem, I reckon! This was a terrible experience. Despite the comfortable room and the surprisingly good restaurant, Sheraton has lost me as a customer.
