Charges to my account four days after bal was paid
Lady at the front desk mentioned free parking in the parking garage so I moved my vehicle from valet to the parking garage. Checked out on Sunday the 10th and was charged for room at the correct price that I agreed too. Then four days later they tried to run my card for an additional charge of $30 for parking on Thursday the 14th without calling or even warning me. When I called and talked to the manager I was friendly and advised her of what happened and her response after a 32 second hold was “the girl that checked you in said she doesn’t tell people that”. I asked if she had cameras and she said yes, I then asked if she could watch it and she will know the truth and her response at that time it “I do t know if they have audio”. First off I would have no problem paying the charge if it was something that I just assumed or was misunderstanding her about, but that’s not the case! I literally had our parking taken care of and moved because she told us about a free perk with the room and even showed us a picture of how to use the keycard for free parking. Then when I asked the manager why they tried to run my card on Thursday after we had already been charged for everything on Sunday…. She said it was a system issue and they did on audit on Wednesday and realized they hadn’t charged multiple visitors for parking so they decided to just charge them with no warning 4 days later because there system issues!?!? In the business of hospitality, that is not it!!
