Not bad, but not great. When I was trying to check out, it took longer than I wanted, and I had to say something really loud to get the lady at the front desk attention. Room was definitely dated. Tv worked, beds were pretty comfortable.

So the property was very busy with people hanging outside in the parking lot. The lobby was presentable, But the room smelled like straight cigarettes, the lounge chair was stained and dirty looking, the bed was a thin mattress that’s is very uncomfortable, the walls are very thin I hear the people up stair stepping all throughout the room . I would definitely not recommend the hotel.

Found 3 roaches in my room. People above me were loud No cups to make coffee- only small Dixie cups No soap I informed the desk several times of these issues during my stay. They didn’t do anything to resolve or show any concern.

The hotel room smelt like cigarettes. I was switched to a completely different room and it still had a smell of cigarettes. Our neighbors were very loud and there were stains on the couches.

The property is clean and with good WIFI which was my two priority needs. On the other hand the plastic tiles were coming undone causing me to trip many times. Even though the rooms have a stove a sink there are no utensils or anything to cook with. Also only had a small toilet paper roll and 1 tiny soap bar for a whole week. Plan on having to buy your own toiletries as well. Overall was ok for the price.

The staff was wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. The hotel needs some upkeep. The floor on the first floor was tore up and my kid tripped ver it. Its an extended stay hotel and people live here so there is a certain level of what I would call acceptable but... we did kill several roaches in our room, there were cobb webs in the corners of the room and I am not sure if it was the cleaning product or something else but the linoleum floor was slippery.

The property itself wasn’t bad. The room had a little odor when opening the door and a couple of stains in the furniture I.e. the desk chair had a stain. The property staff was very helpful and nice. It’s more of the people who stay here that make it seem rough when there is a lot of people outside when you’re coming in at night to park. They do lock the front doors and it does need a key to unlock and let it open. It was a good stay for the price and I couldn’t beat that. I would stay again.

My husband and I were traveling for work and liked the idea of the suite. We were surprised at how nice it was for the affordable price. The hotel is clean throughout, including the rooms. The kitchenette is perfect for making small meals for the week. Nice work desk and dinette to eat at. We ended up extending our stay for our continued work assignments, and recommended to others traveling with us. 100% will return if in the area.

The staff were an excellent group of people. We were always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. Titus is doing a great job with his staff, we enjoyed his wit and humor and would stay there again. The area was safe and easy to get around. We did expect a little more in the kitchen and wish we knew that there were no utensils like pans and silverware. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

It was okay but wouldn’t stay again

Hotel is in nice location. It does not offer breakfast but does have a gym! The rooms are a decent size, just a bit out dated. The first night I had to kill a roach in my bathroom and the second day I got back, my room was not cleaned. I guess ever since COVID you have to ask for room cleaning however that wasn’t told to me when checking in. Front desk associates were very friendly
