Room: Not what we requested or expected. The room was advertised and claimed to have 4-single beds available; we also called and received a confirmation that the hotel could accommodate 4-single beds. Upon arrival, the room that was presented to - a loft, was 2 single beds and 1 queen/king size bed which also appeared to be unused for quite sometimes as there was remnant of some insects/gecko droppings on the bedding of the loft floor. We asked for housekeeping, to change bedding or a possibly a room change. We were initially told and shown that only they only had the similar room set up available - the loft style. Eventually, we were moved to a different building - a white room which has a similar set up but was a lot cleaner and was possible to convert to a 4-single bed. The white room was less spacious than the loft style, but it was a lot cleaner.
Facility: Swimming pool, gym, onsen available onsite for guests to use.
Parking/location: Plenty of parking and great location.
