We were treated like a VIP, staff were courteous, smiling and very professional particularly Front Desk person named Arlene or Erlene?. Very friendly staff Since this property is away from the rest of the hotels, Or restaurants there’s only one choice of restaurant- food was great but if you eat late most ingredients are gone. Beautiful place, walking distance from the sea. Incredible view and the most helpul staff you can ever expect. Cocktails by the swiming pool are the best ! hope one day I can come back.

The room was spacious, the staffs are friendly. The foods at the restaurant are tasty and well priced. The included breakfast was filling, selection was ok. I had a massage and it was really good. My only comment was the toilet rolls, they give us tiny rolls every day which I find odd. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel.

It was new and clean property, close tot he beach but most times the beach are not the best in that areas, staff are very accommodating to guest, but breakfast has minimal food choices and not so much changes everyday for the meals, the bathroom and showers are small and is always problematic though, I called many times and someone came right away but they were never able to fix it until we checked out, otherwise property was very clean, quiet and well maintained.

The restarant staff should be fired. They do not listen to what you ask for. The seafood chowder consisted of big lumps of flour/butter which I first thought was fish. Discusting. The staff did not appoligy. The soup was what it was in their mind. Then I spesificly asked for three fresh juises WITHOUT ICE. I had just spent 3 days in hospital caused by bad water. Within 15 minutes, i got 3 out of 4 fresh juices with ice. The general manager or owner?, was very sorry about it all and went to great lengths to make the rest of my stay great. I got free minivan whereever i needed to go, one hour free wonderful massage, free foodplatter to my room and not to mention Angel at the front desk, went to the airport for 3 hours to change some airlinetickets for me🤗 The rooms are lage and comfie. The shower lacks waterpressure. The pool is nice and hot like a sauna. Good hotel, with potential to become better😎

The hotel offered free shuttle service from the airport. Which was very nice. There were stray cats and dogs in the dining area and we’re freely roaming around everywhere people were eating. I think they had fleas, because, I had a ton of tiny bites above my ankles . Food offering in the cafe was very good and reasonably priced. The wait staff are excellent and took care of us very well. Cocktails were freshly made to,perfection with and delicious . Food was made presented artfully with veggie trimmings . Our room was very clean and spacious, & has 2 very small bottles of water .any extra, will cost 50 php. 🙄 Bathroom amenities are austere . Almost empty bottles of shampoo and body cleanser ( which I had to request) 2 tiny soap that fell apart when when I was using it. No lotion , but our bathroom has comb,plastic hair cover, toothbrush set with toothpaste and cotton swabs and cotton puff. The reception and check in was smooth, but we had to put 500 pesos for extra key card which was refundable . They were also accommodating in reserving our activities for the day and tours the next day. Breakfast was OK, limited selections of food & beverage , you’ll have to pay extra for cappuccino ,their brewed coffee was like water. Pastries selection was meager, but they offer omelet station . Again, the cats room freely in the dining area. There were 2 pools. Shame that the pool next to the dining area & facing the bay was so dirty and needs a major cleaning.
