I have booked a room with Hotels.com but when I arrived at hotel, they told me that they do not work with hotel.com and they cannot accept my booking. I had to re-pay the room, fortunately it remains only one room. Hotels.com has debited the price of the room on my credit card and now I do not know how to get my money back. I have no working link on their websitte to contact them and explain the scam to be reimbursed.
