Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property .
We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able
To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn.
Shocking with no communication from Expedia and the property to not have yhe DECENCY to let us know !

Where do I start. We arrange to stay at this property on the 13th of April. We payed in advance and was expecting to stay only to find out only a couple of hours before check in that the hotel was closed due to having work done. The guy was uninterested when we called and actually turned his phone off. We was left standard in the Liverpool.
